AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Dear experts,

I am trying to use 3dDeconvolve with niml data sets converted from epi 3D+time data sets (using 3dVol2Surf). Unfortunately, I always got error information on the screen. Here is the information:

++ 3dDeconvolve: AFNI version=AFNI_2008_07_18_1710 (Feb 12 2009) [64-bit]
++ Authored by: B. Douglas Ward, et al.
++ loading dataset func-attn_lh.niml.dset
*** glibc detected *** double free or corruption (!prev): 0x0000000000853af0 ***
./my3dDeconvolve-surf-edit: line 8: 7313 Aborted 3dDeconvolve -input func-attn_lh.niml.dset -polort A -num_stimts 1 -stim_file 1 shift.1D -stim_label 1 shift -fout -bout -full_first -bucket allresult.niml.dset -jobs 8

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

Xiangchuan
