Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. I recently led a discussion group here on the "Voodoo Correlations in Social Neuroscience" paper that is circulating on the Web and is now in-press. The slides I used can be found at

These slides are not a complete document, in that they were points from which I talked rather than coherent closely reasoned arguments. Nevertheless, I'm posting these since everybody else in the world seems to have an opinion on the subject, so why not me? And I know that they've been spread around without my permission already, so the cat has already escaped from the bag.
