I am trying to convert some Nifti files to AfNI format using 3dcopy but have been getting error messages that:
** ERROR: Can't open dataset AL_Resize_brain_susan.nii.gz+orig - SKIPPING
** ERROR: Can't open dataset AL_Resize_brain_susan.nii.gz+acpc - SKIPPING
** ERROR: Can't open dataset AL_Resize_brain_susan.nii.gz+tlrc - SKIPPING

I have tried all combinations of file formats that I can think of by setting the prefix to +orig, +acpc, and without as well as with on the nifti file with .nii.gz, .nii, and without. Each time I get the same error message. Is there a way to convert these acpc oriented files back to the +acpc AfNI format?
