Hi
Trying to run FSread_annot on red hat linux with this command:
FSread_annot -input lh_mja2009.annot -roi_1D fsreadLHtest.1D

Gives this error:
** Critical SUMA_CreateFS_ColorTable (SUMA_Surface_IO.c:1454):
Failed to allocate for ct fields
Segmentation fault


Trying to run the same command on the same file but on a OS X 10.5.6 gives this:
** Critical SUMA_CreateFS_ColorTable (SUMA_Surface_IO.c:1442):
Failed to allocate for ct fields
Bus error

Running FSread_annot on the unedited annot file (e.g., "lh.aparc.a2005s.annot") works, however; trying to understand the error message I'm getting though so I can debug whatever I did to corrupt my edited .annot file (assuming that's what's going on here).
