AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

If it were there I would use it. I am interested in limiting the model of my hemodynamic response to roughly 2-10 sec post-event. I have been limiting my fit to this interval with the EXPR function, but I think I am poorly fitting my data with the functions I chose, (1-cos(2pi*x),(sin(2pi*x), sin(3pi*x). So, I want to go back to something more straightforward, i.e., a single function. -WAV looks to be as straightforward as one can get. GAM fits things similarly, but lasts longer, and it is a bit less straightforward how parameter changes change its shape.
