AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Ziad,

Thank you so much for your reply. That is what I suspected the "Jump to MNI" feature did, but wanted to be sure. I will also check out the resources you mentioned, thank you!

The picture I uploaded was of using "Jump to MNI" on the brain that had been warped to MNI, however, so that's not what we should look at, correct?

On the tlrc'd brain, the coordinate is way outside the brain (see attached picture). It is not inside the brain on any of the atlases using "Where am I"... The only possibility seems to me to be that the coordinate is incorrect.

Does that seem most likely? Or is it possible it is inside the brain despite this?

Thank you again (for both your patience and help!),

Nikki
