AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

I am using the 3dDeconvolve program for functional connectivity as outlined on Gang's page:

3dDeconvolve -input EPI_subj01+tlrc \
-polort 2 \
-censor ... \
-num_stimts 2 \
-stim_file 1 subj01_global.1D -stim_label 1 RegressorOfNoInterest \
-stim_file 2 Seed_subj01.1D -stim_label 2 CorrCoef \
-tout -rout -fitts fit_subj01 \
-bucket Corr_subj01

I am using specific task presentation time points (such as 12.6) and so have added:
-stim_times k tname rtype
rather than use the censor.1D, which seems to only allow whole index numbers.

My question is, will this work? and if so what rtype should I use as input.

thank you for your help,
Lesley
