I am running the simple correlation analysis and have a question as to which briks to use to square-root my r^2.
Using the script:
3dcalc -a Corr_subj01+tlrc'[SubbrickForR2]' -b Corr_subj01+tlrc'[SubbrickForBeta]'-expr "'ispositive(b)*sqrt(a)-isnegative(b)*sqrt(a)'-prefix Corr_subj01R
Here is the info. for my subbriks from 3dinfo:
Number of values stored at each pixel = 4
At sub-brick #0 'Full_Fstat' datum type is short: 0 to 32767 [internal]
[* 0.0305185] 0 to 1000 [scaled] statcode = fift; statpar = 1 438
At sub-brick #1 'CorrCoef#0_Coef' datum type is short: -32767 to 26961 [internal] [* 0.000148803] -4.87584 to 4.01189 [scaled]
At sub-brick #2 'CorrCoef#0_Tstat' datum type is short: -17255 to 32767 [internal] [* 0.00150515] -25.9714 to 49.3193 [scaled] statcode = fitt; statpar = 438
At sub-brick #3 'CorrCoef_Fstat' datum type is short: 0 to 32767 [internal] [* 0.0305185] 0 to 1000 [scaled] statcode = fift; statpar = 1 438
Which ones do I use for this?
thanks,
Lesley
