Hi,
I would like to modify a plugin (probably Draw Dataset) in order to (manually) extract hyperintense lesions on FLAIR images.
If I load the FLAIR as Underlay and Overlay, ajdust manually the threshold to color the lesion I am focusing on (of course in this case, the color appears on many different places in the brain), I would like to use the plugin to isolate the cluster covering the lesion by circling it. Then, I would move to another lesion, adjust my threshold again, circling it and so on until I get a mask of all lesions.
I started to copy the plug_drawdset.c and compiling it, that's fine.
Would anybody have very general suggestions on how to start the modification of plug_drawdest.c or another one ?

PS: I would like to make a plugin and avoid 3dcalc as it would be very cumbersome, and time demanding.
