AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Signy,

Maybe the pixilation is due to having larger voxels in the overlay,
relative to those in the underlay. If the anatomical underlay is
1x1x1 and the overlay is 3x3x3, it will look pixilated. Is that
what is happening?

Note that smoothing the display of larger voxels may mislead people
about the data. Having said that, if you do want to resample the
overlay to be more like the underlay:

Define Datamode -> Warp OLay and Demand

and then set the Olay and Stat (Thresh) resam mode to Li or Cu
(linear or cubic).

Is this what you were picturing?
