AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

We are not very versed in Linux, and we are wondering how to go about retrieving the precompiled binaries for R on their main web site in order to use the Granger causality programs that you provide. We are not sure which files to get, and how to proceed from there (and there were no instructions that we could find on their web site about how to do this). We could try compiling it ourselves but our Linux is newly installed and we would have to retrieve many necessary compiler files. Note: We have Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.

Please do not hesitate to let us know if we should ask for help from R developers instead.

Thank you.
