AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I am trying to use "local stim times" to run 3dDeconvolve on event related EPI data that consists of 5 concatenated EPI runs. When running 3dDeconvolve, I am gwettin the "warning" message that the stim time file "has 5 rows, but dataset has 1 time blocks". I created the stim time files based on instructions from the 3dDecobncolve Upgrade from the Summer of 2004 in which each EPI run is designated by one horizintal row of stim times. Below is an example of what this stim file looks like (Of note, runs 3 and 4 have no trials of this type and are thus marked with an "*"):

5.5308 54.1793 69.5753 84.9712 102.8279
6.5308 52.1793 65.5753 82.9712 108.8279

I am thinking the problem might have to do with the fact that I need to add the offset time for each of the EPI runs so that 3dDeconvolve can convert these local times to global times. I am not sure where these offset times would be specified in the command line. Also, I am not sure if this is the source of the problem. Thank you very much for your assistance!!
