Hello,
So, to draw my VOIs, I had to nudge the brains into a different orientation. Now I am trying to "backwards nudge" the VOI datasets back into the original orientation. When I do this with the anatomical dataset it works fine, but when I try to do it to the VOI dataset, afni adds a color that wasn't previously there and seems to be skewing the VOI. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
