I'm coming into a problem with the above code..
I'm trying to compare the regression values from AFNI's FIM->fico button to the ones obtained using the bvec/bval code, and the Fit Coeffs are wildly different
for an example voxel, the FIM->fico gives a Fit Coef of -0.002346, and the bval gives a coeff of -7.607
in addition, the R value from THD_pearson_corr() and the R value from FIM->fico is a little bit different, but not as much as the Fit Coeffs are...
Do you have any idea of what's going on? Should I upload the files and code?
