Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Yes indeed you're right.

However, it doesn't make sense to have the following 4 lines in the script:

-iresp 1 ${subj}_${run3}_mf-norm-irf -TR_times 0.575 \
-iresp 2 ${subj}_${run3}_ff-norm-irf -TR_times 0.575 \
-iresp 3 ${subj}_${run3}_nf-norm-irf -TR_times 0.575 \
-iresp 4 ${subj}_${run3}_fa-norm-irf -TR_times 0.575 \

Since you assumed the IRF being a fixed-shape curve, Gamma variate, what you get out of those 4 lines would be not interesting at all.

Regarding group analysis in this case, you can simply bring those beta values and pick up whatever program appropriate for the design.
