Shouldda known that! Forgive me, Dr. Bob. Been too long since I've posted to this message board, I suppose.
I believe the problem is that in the conversion from AFNI to NIFTI and itksnap then back to AFNI and AFNI format, the data went from being stored as shorts to floats. How can I restore the dataset to short type?
