Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

The baseline in the signal is typically modeled as drifting effect through polynomials in AFNI, so any regressor coefficient is implicitly (and thus can be interpreted as) the effect of that condition versus the baseline.
