I am opening a volume file in AFNI and it keeps changing the file to talairach space when the file is in the subjects original space. When I 3dinfo the file, there is nothing that would identify the file as talairach space. Is there a reason AFNi might recognize a file as talairach when it is not? Thank you for your help. Traci
