Hi Gang (I thought you'd see this):

Theoretically (or ideally), would you expect to see an activation around SEED region in PPI analysis (regardless of task contrast/interaction term)? If you don't see activation around the seed at individual level is this potentially problematic? and if so, what could be its cause/problem?
