Thanks Daniel. I just wanted to varify with experts of both programs. So just so I understand your last suggestion... I could do a ttest or other statistics, but with AFNI you'd be unable to correct for multiple comparisons, so right now it would only be useful to use AFNI stats for uncorrected statistical analysis on TBSS?
