No I mean the output from these:
3dcalc -a Corr_s12_fa_252241+tlrc'[7]' -b Corr_s12_fa_252241+tlrc'[5]' -expr 'ispositive(b) * sqrt(a) -isnegative(b) * sqrt(a)' -prefix Corr_s12_R_seedfa_252241

3dcalc -a Corr_s12_fa_252241+tlrc'[10]' -b Corr_s12_fa_252241+tlrc'[8]' -expr 'ispositive(b) * sqrt(a) -isnegative(b) * sqrt(a)' -prefix Corr_s12_R_Interactfa_252241

Corr_s12_R_seedfa_252241: shows perfect correlation with its seed voxel, whereas Corr_s12_R_Interactfa_252241 shows zero correlation with its seed voxel.

> Any reason you didn't include regressors for conditions A and B (and others if any)? I am just trying to see correlations for this one condition and this seed region right now. Should I still put in all the other conditions? There are four conditions in total. In the AvsB.1D I used only 0,1. because I did not expect an interaction with baseline.
