Hi all,

I'm using @auto_tlrc on an EPI wih 3000 volumes and I received the following error message

Parsing ...
Applying tlrc warp from ./s7_MP_deo_MNI+tlrc to s7_scaled_allruns_moco_blur6mm_deo+orig ...
Padding the input data before warping
++ 3dZeropad: AFNI version=AFNI_2008_07_18_1710 (Jul 30 2008) [32-bit]
3dZeropad(632) malloc: *** vm_allocate(size=2433024) failed (error code=3)
3dZeropad(632) malloc: *** error: can't allocate region
3dZeropad(632) malloc: *** set a breakpoint in szone_error to debug
*** THD_zeropad: Can't malloc space for new sub-brick 924
** 3dZeropad: Some error occurred in processing!
Warping per parent transform (quintic interpolation) ...
++ 3dWarp: AFNI version=AFNI_2008_07_18_1710 (Jul 30 2008) [32-bit]
++ Authored by: RW Cox
** FATAL ERROR: Can't open dataset __ats_tmp__ipad+orig
Error: Failed to create tlrced dset

I'm not sure where is the error from. Is the dataset too large?
Can I use 3dTcat to separate the EPI timeseries and run the commands or will this introduce some artifacts?

Thanks you for your help,

Pat
