AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi,

I keep getting this error code when I try to run 3dttest, can you tell me what I am doing wrong:

++ 3dttest: AFNI version=AFNI_2008_07_18_1710 (Jan 5 2009) [32-bit]
3dttest: t-tests of 3D datasets, by RW Cox
--- allocated 3 Megabytes memory for internal use (4 volumes)
--- starting piece 1/1 (172800 voxels) .** ERROR: EDIT_dset_items[2]: illegal new nvals
** ERROR: EDIT_dset_items[3]: have new_tunits but have no time axis
** FATAL ERROR: Axes size mismatch:
./tTest.txt: line 5: s5_Z_FA_Sphere252241+tlrc: command not found


Here is the code I am using:
