AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. I tried to the TLRC tranform automatically with stripped mprage data
using the following command:
@auto_tlrc -no_ss -base TT_N27+tlrc.BRIK -input warped+orig.BRIK

I got the following error messages:

......Fatal Signal 11 (SIGSEGV) received
mri_warp3D_cubic
mri_warp3D_align_setup
3dWarpDrive main
Bottom of Debug Stack
