AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi all,

I'm running 3dTstat as follows

colmconn@cortex:~/mriAnalyses/des/data/ts> 3dTstat -stdev -prefix ctrl/dc010/resting3.5min/seeds/accstops1DES.stdev.1D ctrl/dc010/resting3.5min/seeds/accstops1DES.1D\'

What 3dTatst writes is $(pwd)/accstops1DES.stdev.1D and NOT ctrl/dc010/resting3.5min/seeds/accstops1DES.stdev.1D as I asked it to. Is this the way it's supposed to behave? Could 3dTstat be modified to respect paths that form part of the prefix or could it have a -session argument added to the command?

I'm running Version AFNI_2008_07_18_1710
[[Precompiled binary linux_gcc33_64: Apr 28 2009]]

Regards,

Colm.
