AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

So we are running the context dependent correlation analysis, after running 3dTfitter for some reason my 1D file is changed from a column to a Row.

Here is the code we used:

3dmaskave -quiet -mask Data/mask${seed}+tlrc Data/s1_norm+tlrc>01_Maskave/s1_Seed${seed}.1D

3dDetrend -polort A -prefix 02_Dtrend/s1_SeedR${seed} 01_Maskave/s1_Seed${seed}.1D\'

1dtranspose 02_Dtrend/s1_SeedR${seed}.1D 03_Transpose/s1_Seed_ts${seed}.1D

3dTfitter -RHS 03_Transpose/s1_Seed_ts${seed}.1D -FALTUNG Data/GammaHR.1D 04_Tfitter/s1_Seed_Neur${seed} 012 0

Can you tell us why this is happening?
