AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

AFNI Gurus,

Your help is needed. As per the title I am running a context dependent correlation analysis. Based on my De-convolution process, AFNI tells me to set my polort to 7, however I have also been told to use a polort of 2. The difference between the polorts is significant. Here is my code, what do you think?

3dDeconvolve -input 00_Data/s1_norm+tlrc \
-polort 2 \
-num_stimts 2 \
-stim_file 1 00_Data/s1_global.1D -stim_label 1 RegNoInt \
-stim_file 2 06_Interaction2/s1_FA_Inter_ts${seed}.1D -stim_label 2 FA \
-rout \
-bucket 07_Deconvolve/s1_R2_FA_${roi}_${seed}

Thank you for your help as always
