Phoebe,

The purpose of running intra-cleass correlation is to find out the proportion of the total variability in the data that can be accounted for by one or two factors in addition to subjects. In your model.txt, there is no such factor(s) other than subjects, such an analysis is not meaningful. In other words, you have to provide one or two more columns in model.txt to be able to run a valid ICC analysis.
