Ok so to confirm to generate an appropriate statistic for 3dMEMA I should run a set of -glt commands that test each stimulus function within the window if of interest. In other words if I used 6 TENT basis functions yielding 6 betas I should specify the GLT in the following way (where ... indicates other variables of non interest in the model)?
