AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Afni Gurus,

Is there any code or command that allows me to concatenate 1D files. I tried using 3dTcat and it wouldnt let me.

Here is my code:
3dTcat -prefix 07_Concat/s1_${run3}_FA_Inter_ts${seed}.1D 06_Interaction2/s1_${run2}_FA_Inter_ts${seed}.1D 06_Interaction2/s1_${run1}_FA_Inter_ts${seed}.1D

Here is the error that I got:

++ 3dTcat: AFNI version=AFNI_2008_07_18_1710 (Jan 5 2009) [32-bit]
** FATAL ERROR: Dataset 06_Interaction2/s1_mem1_FA_Inter_ts252241.1D differs in size from first one!

Thank you very much!
