Hi,
I used 3dRegAna to look at voxel-wise correlations with an amygdala cluster (identified by a different analysis) separately in two different groups. This analysis identified different PFC regions correlated with this amygdala region, and I pulled out the values for each group and tested the difference in correlations. However, is there a program that can more rigorously test the difference between correlations in a voxel-wise manner?
