Hello,
This is my first time analyzing an event-related study, so advice would be much appreciated in selecting parameters for the TENT function. Here is some information about the study design:
TR = 2 sec.
Stimuli are presented for 12 sec, but most responses occur before 8 sec. I'm having trouble deciding how long to model the response for, and how many tent functions to use.
