AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello AFNI experts,

I did the tlrc transformation using @auto_tlrc command. Since, the tlrc'ed anatomy had a low resolution, I performed tlrc transformation again by usage 2 of @auto_tlrc command. The output was clean and good. I had to perform resampling of the functional dataset using adwarp. After the adwarp operation, the functional images overlays with the anatomical tlrc in a very different manner.

The following commands were executed:

@uto_tlrc -base TT_avg152T1+tlrc -input anat+orig -no_ss -ok_notice

@auto_tlrc -dxyz 1 -apar anat_at+tlrc. -input anat+orig. -suffix test

3drename anattest+tlrc anat+tlrc

3drefit -orient RAI *rest*.HEAD
3dDetrend -del 2 -expr \"Pleg(1,(t-$NT)/$NT)\" -prefix rest_3d rest_3dreg+orig.
adwarp -apar anat+tlrc. -dpar rest_3d+orig. -resam Li -prefix rest-norm -dxyz 3

I am also attaching the dataset for your reference.

Thanks
Hema
