We have a multi-run experiment. Occasionally we need to bring the subject out and redo the landmarking. The estimated motion parameters from image co-registration will have large mean offsets for the runs after that. If we use the motion parameters for regression analysis, do we need to de-mean/trend to remove the offsets?
