Thanks for your quick reply. My experiment is a event-related design. I try 3dSynthesize to regress out the time points for TaskB and TaskC to study the connectivity of TaskA. I actually run 1dGC.R manually once for the visualization of the network. However, when I put all the commands into batch, it seems that the R program quits before the popping out of the network figure (pls refer to the error prompts below) and I can't see any network figure if I run the analysis in batch. Any suggestions?
