So in case any one else makes the same stupid mistake I did, I think my mistake is as follows.
What happened was I Adwarped once, then deleted the subbricks and header, then Adwarped again. I must have missed deleting one of the older header files (kind of like leaving a needle in a hay stack, I guess). So I went through and redeleted, this time using the terminal, all the old subbricks and headers, and re-adwarped, which solved the problem.
