Hi Fatima,

Sure, it just depends on what you want in your table. The
locations of the clusters would not change, since they would
both be based on the same thresholding/clustering.

But if the data brick is changed, so will the center of mass
coordinates, and the Mean, SEM, Max and max coordinate values.
So whatever data you want the mean to be from, you can use
that with the -1dindex option. Or if it should be the same as
the thresholding statistic, method 1 works great.

Note that talking about the mean/SEM of F-stats might not be
so appropriate...
