Hi Gang,
Thanks for the fast response.

I'm thinking that it might be a software version or a library/package problem. Could you tell me what versions of software that you are using?

I currently am using:

AFNI version:
AFNI_2008_07_18_1710 (64bit)

R version:
platform x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
arch x86_64
os linux-gnu
system x86_64, linux-gnu
status
major 2
minor 6.2
year 2008
month 02
day 08
svn rev 44383
language R
version.string R version 2.6.2 (2008-02-08)

I've also installed the libraries in R and updated the latest version of the R package that you recommend in:
[afni.nimh.nih.gov]

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Alex
