AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Thanks, Rick.

The dataset is brain data acquired down the hall here and turned into AFNI format by Jerzy's realtime application. It has gone through a few standard AFNI preprocessing functions like 3dTstat, 3dvolreg, 3dAutomask, etc.

Byteswapping doesn't seem to be the answer, for two reasons. First, the original version could be viewed as brain data in the AFNI window, but the byteswapped version could not. Second, float_scan on both the original and byteswapped version produced the same error.

float_scan dataset_swap+orig.BRIK
+++ Found 360448 Infinite values in dataset_swap+orig.BRIK

I'll go ahead and upload the dataset.

Thanks,
Kathleen
