AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Actually, no regression is performed in that command because of
the -x1D_stop option. The input datasets are only used to get
the TR, number of TRs per run and number of runs. You could
replace the -input option with -nodata and -concat.

The goal of the command is to create the stimulus time series
that we were also creating via waver. The output of the 3dD
command is the x.1D X-matrix, which should have only one column.

I am just trying to replace waver with 3dDeconvolve when converting
stim_times to stim_files; waver is easier to use, but does not do
as good a job.
