I'm looking for a sophisticated program (or set of programs) to render brains and then allow movie making...complete with slicing, display of activations and labelling.
The idea is to create a movie showing fmri activations on the surface, with circles and arrows and annotations, rotate the image, slice into it, stop it and point out more features etc...

Am I dreaming? Does anyone have any suggestions?
(We've been looking at Analyze...but it is expensive and doesn't do everything.....)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
