Hi, I'm trying to clip voxels from the edges of a dataset to do a cross-brain analysis. After deobliquing with 3dWarp, the datasets have different dimensions and thus won't work with 3dvolreg. Is there an AFNI function for this? I've searched the function list but couldn't find one. Thanks,
