Dear AFNI folks,

we are experiencing some issues with our latest AFNI version (AFNI_2008_07_18_1710) on our Linux Suse workstation while trying to select for subbricks with the 3dmerge or 3dMean commands.
We already tried almost all options to select subbricks (e.g. 'fred+orig[1,3..5]' or fred+orig'[1,3..5]', etc.) , but no luck so far...
Any suggestions?
