Dear AFNI experts:

I am interested in obtaining the normalized ROI time series computed by and used as input into the 1dGC model.

I extracted ROI time series from minimally processed data (volreg, time shifted, spatially smoothed and normalized to tlrc space). Detrending and normalization were performed in 1dGC. I would like a text file (1D) with the actual numbers 1dGC inputs into the model for each of these ROIs -- i.e., the normalized time series it computes before running the model.

It does not look like this is an automatic output of 1dGC and i wonder if there is an option within the program to make this an output, or whether i could mimic this computation with an AFNI program to derive the equivalent?
