Hi afni experts,

I just finished running an analysis with 1dGC.R and it worked rather well. Well I think!!?? In the experiment, n=15, 2 Conditions (A, B, and a Control for each), TR=1 s, 1500 timepoints for each A and B (and their respective control conditions), and I used 7 ROI.

Here's the output of the Group analysis for Condition A, at Lag 1.
1- Looks like practically all the connections are highly significant despite the fact that their strength are rather small, or are they??
I'm not sure what to do with these since I'm not sure what the Path Coefficients mean and whether the ones I obtained make sense.

2- What does the Lag mean? Is it better if A-> B at Lag 3 than Lag 1?
