These are WARNINGs, which are designed to catch potential problems -- e.g., it's unusual to have '*' times with '-global_times' since they are not needed. But it isn't illegal -- that would cause an ERROR message. It is also unusual to have all input times equal to '*', so a message is printed.

The only one of these that prevents running is the 'WARNING: !!' message -- the '!!' is a signal that to continue past this you need to use '-GOFORIT' indicating you want to press on past a potentially serious problem.

The reason this is a '!!' warning is that all the time values are '*', which means that the corresponding regressor column will be all zero. This is allowed, but you have to use '-GOFORIT' to continue, since it is somewhat weird and often indicates an error (e.g., someone once put in the stim ulus times in msec, while 3dDeconvolve expects sec, so all the times were past the end of the imaging run, so all the times were bad -- which is why I added the '!!' warning message you received).

Unless you are using a somewhat old 3dDeconvolve, the program should have told you after it stopped that you could continue if you use the '-GOFORIT' option.
