AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Ziad-

Thanks very much for adding this. I think this is going to be very useful--I didn't even think about it. However, I was hoping to apply this to the amm2 (not rmm). So I wanted to see if there is a method to restrict the output of the cluster table, and of the image, to only those clusters which meet a certain node threshold (e.g., as determined by permutation clustering). Currently the program is able to restrict the output by area (amm2), but not by node number. I suppose I could just take the square of the node number threshold (giving min area), but I am not sure if the topography allows such a conversion. Would this simple fix work?
