Thanks very much for adding this. I think this is going to be very useful--I didn't even think about it. However, I was hoping to apply this to the amm2 (not rmm). So I wanted to see if there is a method to restrict the output of the cluster table, and of the image, to only those clusters which meet a certain node threshold (e.g., as determined by permutation clustering). Currently the program is able to restrict the output by area (amm2), but not by node number. I suppose I could just take the square of the node number threshold (giving min area), but I am not sure if the topography allows such a conversion. Would this simple fix work?
