AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hey Gang,

We are going to try and use 3dMEMA as per your suggestion, however, we still would like to use the GroupAna matlab function. When attempting run GroupAna I am still getting the following message right after the the analysis begins on the first slice.

Total slices along Z axis: 75 - You can estimate the total runtime
by multiplying the runtime for each slice from down below.

Running analysis on slice:
#1... ??? Reference to non-existent field 'PixX'.

Error in ==> BrikLoad at 474
consecutivex=isequal(min(Opt.PixX):max(Opt.PixX), Opt.PixX); %true
iff Opt.PixX = [n, n+1, ..., n+k]

Error in ==> GroupAna at 1671
[err, X(:, :, i), Info, ErrMessage] =
BrikLoad(file(i).nm, Opt);

Thanks,
Steve
