Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

I'm trying to create a .nii file with adwarp, and get:

"You can't use adwarp to create a NIfTI file!"

Uh, pretty please? I'd really like to. I mean, I can even make a .BRIK and 3dcopy it into a .nii...

PS - Backstory: I'm experimenting with getting the LONI pipeline up and running. Pipeline doesn't play elegantly with AFNI's -prefix file creation magic -- but using -prefix foo.nii makes everything happy on Pipeline's end.
