AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

HAPPY ENDING, RICK!!!
Turns out all John needed to do was "split" the 4D NIFTI file into 528 3D files (i.e., one for each volume), then loop them through his normalization command. After this step, the (normalized) 3D files were put back together into a 4D file.
Only one slight problem remains. For some reason, in the header of this newly reconstructed 4D file, the TR is listed as 1 second. (Perhaps this is a default setting?) So Rick, given that I used a 2-second TR for my fMRI study, is it possible to overwrite this info?
Thank you!
Most gratefully yours,
Whitney
